The integrated system will transfer from a magazine of stacked cups into the pad printing unit and unload the parts onto a heat curing conveyor.
The operator will only attend the machine to preload the magazine and pack the final product upon exiting the conveyor.

This solution was designed to meet the requirements was to improve the individual parts feeding/control into the vision system. This way, the measurement error caused by the incorrect parts loading into the vision system was eliminated.

This is an automated fiberglass rolls laminating machine used to manufacture the insulation product for construction industry. The vapor barrier is bonded onto the fiberglass and laminated together by a layer of glue.
A metal strap is installed at one folded end which is heat sealed during the rolling process. To ensure correct bonding, the entire web it is rolled under controlled tension.
Upon completion of each roll, an automated cutting station will cut the web and the metal strap at predefined length. Each roll will be tightly secured by five tapping heads prior to unloading.
